Mercer County Community College
Wins Two Telly Awards
Students of Mercer County College’s television program worked in conjunction with Films Media Group of Lawrenceville to create an instructional video entitled “The Art of Food Presentation”. The project won a 2007 Silver and Bronze Telly Award.
Working with the Culinary Center at Mercer, the students scripted, produced, directed and edited the piece, which was then distributed nation wide by Films Media. The program was hosted by Mercer Culinary Faculty Doug Fee and Teaching Assistant Frank Benowitz.
Jennifer Joyce ’06 of Bordentown and Chris Curto ’06 of Mercerville led the project along with the student crew of Patrick Martin and Jackie Seitz, both of Hamilton, and Kyle Lutz of Florence.

The 28th Annual Telly Awards received over 14,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents.
